What this is
ProfitAxe is a pre-launch waitlist for a Shopify app in development. By submitting your email, you ask to be notified when the product opens for beta.
What we promise
- We'll email you when ProfitAxe opens for beta. Once.
- We won't spam, pitch, or sell your email to anyone else.
- We'll delete your email if you ask us to.
What we don't promise
- That the product will actually launch. We're early-stage; priorities can change.
- That the product, if launched, will do exactly what the landing page describes. Product is being built in public.
- That pricing shown on the landing page will be the final pricing.
- That the waitlist site will be 100% available.
Your responsibilities
- Submit a real email address you have access to.
- Don't use the form for spam, abuse, automated scraping, or probing for vulnerabilities.
- Don't try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the site.
No liability
The waitlist site is provided as-is. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of it. Nothing on the landing page — dollar figures, confidence levels, pricing — is a guarantee of outcomes for any future customer.
Intellectual property
ProfitAxe the name, logo, and copy are ours. The underlying code of the waitlist site may be made public under an open-source license later; we'll announce it if so.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ProfitAxe is operated. Specific venue will be added to the production terms once the company is formally registered.
